"A joyful heart is more easily made perfect than a downcast one."

Parish Ministries

God is glorified through our service to others.  Prayerfully reflect on the many ways you can be a steward of God's grace.  Contact the Parish Office for more information about these ministries.
Saint Vincent de Paul
Assists the poor and less fortunate of the area.  The Saint Vincent de Paul Closet is located behind the church.  They are open on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 am until noon.
Homebound Ministry
Serves those who are unable to participate in liturgical celebrations at the church, due to illness or age.  This involves making regular visits to shut-in parishioners and bringing them Holy Communion.
Hospital and Nursing Home Ministry
Holy Communion is brought to those parishioners in the hospital and nursing home facilities.  Mass is held at the nursing home on the second and fourth Tuesday at 3 pm.  A Rosary is led by Mrs. Jan Roberts on the first and third Tuesday at 3 pm at the nursing home.
Rosary Group
Leads the Rosary at funeral vigils with families and friends of deceased loved ones from our parish.  The Rosary for First Saturday is held every month at the church at 8:30 am.  The Living Rosary is held the third Sunday of October each year.
Bereavement Ministry
Contacts families from the parish for a period of time following the death of a loved one.
Religious Education Ministry
Teaching and sharing your faith with the youth of St. Philip Neri Parish who are enrolled in our religious education program.
Wedding Rehearsalists
Offers assistance to the priest and wedding party at rehearsals and wedding liturgies.
